
Stop what you are doing. Stand up slowly, take a deep breath in and have a really good stretch. If you can, stand on your tiptoes making yourself as tall as possible and take your arms up trying to touch the sky with your fingertips. Breathe out slowly and come back to where you were standing. This is yoga! Doesn't that feel good?
